RCD Contracts took over the complete redecoration of a house I have just bought. It involved stripping the wallpaper, removing the ceiling tiles and repainting. The work was done effciently and to a high standard. Circumstances meant I was abroad at the time of the renovation but RCD Contracts kept me informed and were happy to enlarge the scope of the original work. The were happy to tackle smaller jobs such as laying of the lino in the bathroom which had slipped my mind and finding and fitting some cupboard door knobs! It was a pleasure having you working at our house. It was a big job full redecoration of our existing property, landscaping the garden, fencing, laminated flooring, carpentry and plumbing work and then full decoration of the new extension. You can turn your hand to anything and do a job to be proud of, which I know you are as you take much pride in your work. I have required the services of Richard on 2 occasions, the 1st being to fit a new swing-down loft hatch. Richard arrived on time and provided a very reasonable quote which I accepted. We scheduled a time at my convenience for him to come and do the work, which he turned up as arranged and completed the job most satisfactory. On the 2nd occasion I needed some mirror tiles replaced with ceramic ones. Richard again provided the most reasonable quote and completed the job to a very high quality and again at a convenient time to myself. On both occasions, Richard was very well spoken and understood my exact requirements. He kept all work areas tidy and cleaned the area after work had been completed. Richard ensured i was happy with his work when completed, and assured me i could contact him afterwards if i had any problems, which i never had. I have been so impressed with Richard, I offered his services of ?man and a van? to a buyer of my sofa, who took up his offer and the sofa arrived a Trev H Portland
